All pets and people can attend the free event.

“In addition to the contests for pets and their owners, pet-related vendors will be there to show their wares, provide information, and have demonstrations throughout the event,” the Casper Recreation Division added.

Pets need to be on leashes or in kennels and under control at all times throughout the Pet Fest.

A Brexit protester has been jailed for blocking trains running between London and France, causing disruption costing more than £1m. Terry Maher, 44, climbed on top of a tunnel in what police said was an extremely hazardous area overlooking railway lines near St Pancras International station in March – the month Britain was meant to leave the EU.
